Head LENS & Body LENS

During the process you can also choose to experience Body LENS which can help alleviate pain, increase range of motion, and support areas of your body impacted by stress.
♥ Cost effective and efficient treatment
♥ Permanent lasting results
♥ Non-invasive therapy
At Recalibrate we specialize in restoring optimal functioning and promoting healing through the LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) therapy - a gentle, non-invasive approach to revitalize your mental and emotional well-being.
We have found the LENS to be the most efficient and cost effective Neurofeedback system available for our clients.
LENS involves real-time monitoring of your brainwaves. Through specific-to-you feedback, this therapy helps your brain learn to self-regulate and foster healthier patterns of activity. By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, neurofeedback enhances your overall mental clarity and emotional stability.

Symptoms decrease or resolve quickly, with clients reporting noticeable differences within a few sessions. Overall, 85% of clients have benefitted significantly from the LENS. However, like any therapy, it works best for people that are motivated and want to improve - attitude and willingness for change are critical.
-
Your first session is the longest (50 mins) as you learn about the LENS process, discuss concerns you may have and why you have come to see us. We then do the initial “Brain Map” to see how each area is functioning. Each session thereafter (around 30 mins) will include your conversational check-in and the LENS application.
-
It depends on each individual's psychophysiology. For most, 9-12 sessions are ample to see and experience improvements in overall functionality. Those sessions can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly until desired results are experienced. Many individuals come in monthly or quarterly after that to get a minor ‘recalibration’ because that’s what they feel is ‘optimal’ for their mental acuity and overall functionality.
We will be reviewing the results and producing additional brain maps to see changes that are happening.
Individuals with degenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, or Alzheimer’s will need ongoing LENS sessions to continue experiencing results. A recommendation for further sessions can be made at that time if necessary.
-
A small few may see a change within their 1st-3rd sessions, however, most see a difference after their 3rd-6th visit.
-
Some clients feel a sensation of being “wired or tired” (exhausted or energized). Some people do experience old feelings resurface without notice, these feelings can be of sadness, anger or fear. These sensations typically do not last long and can go as quick as they came.
Although no significant negative side effects have been observed so far, the non-significant ones that we have seen will be discussed with you by your LENS Technician. Your understanding of them will help you work with us to provide successful LENS plans. The side effects sometimes seen with the LENS are in the form of temporary increases of the symptoms you already have or have experienced. With traumatic brain injuries, you may experience symptoms similar to what you felt at the time of impact (i.e. nausea, dizziness, head pain), though uncomfortable these are good signs the brain is working on resolving it at a root level.
If you experience any side effects, let your LENS Technician know so that they can work closely with you to adjust the dosage of the LENS.
-
NO! The electric impulse LENS uses is less powerful refrigerator magnet and many times less than a cell phone signal. Nothing goes into your body, only your frequencies reflected back to your body that activates the brain waves into recalibrating into more efficient patterns. The actual process involves placing a small electrode on the scalp (or on the body), which emits very low-amplitude electromagnetic pulses.
-
Any aged person can use the LENS system including children as young as 3 months old.
-
LENS does not require you to sit in front of a computer viewing images or listening to sounds to retrain the brain. It does not retrain your brain, it sends your own unique brain waves back to itself to reorganize, recalibrate, and retune itself into a more harmonious pattern. You just sit, relax, and let your trained practitioner administer the LENS.
